Everything you need to know before your first conversation with us.
THE MACHINES
-
When a bottle is loaded into a Wineplease dispenser and opened for the first time, the machine immediately introduces food-grade argon or nitrogen gas into the bottle. These inert gases are heavier than oxygen and create a protective layer above the wine, preventing any contact between the liquid and the air. Oxidation is prevented before it can start.
The result is a bottle that remains in the same condition as the moment it was opened for up to five weeks. The aromas, the structure, the finish are unchanged. Whether your staff pour the first glass or the tenth weeks later, the guest receives the same wine.
-
Not at all. Loading a bottle takes seconds. Serving a glass requires pressing a button. The display shows the temperature inside the machine at all times, and built-in alerts notify you when a bottle is running low or the gas cylinder needs attention. There is nothing complicated about daily operation.
We provide a full staff walkthrough on installation day, and we are always available to answer questions after that. Most venues find their team is completely comfortable with the machine within the first hour of use.
-
All Wineplease models accept both standard 750ml bottles and magnums. The maximum bottle diameter across the range is 104mm on the EVO and EVO Lusso, and 108mm on the Five and Eight Bottle models. Maximum bottle height across the range is 380mm. If you have a specific bottle format you would like to confirm, contact us before ordering.
-
Yes, with the Five Bottle and Eight Bottle models, which feature dual-temperature refrigeration zones. These can be configured to run reds in one zone and whites in another, simultaneously and independently. The EVO and EVO Lusso are single-temperature machines, meaning they are set to either red or white service at any given time, though temperature is fully adjustable.
-
Wineplease dispensers use standard food-grade argon or nitrogen cylinders, available from local gas suppliers. For permanent installations, we recommend an external cylinder, which lasts significantly longer and works out more cost-effective than the on-board disposable option. The on-board cylinder is a useful alternative for catering events or anywhere the machine needs to be portable, but it depletes quickly and isn't intended as a long-term solution.
LEAD TIME, INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT
-
The production lead time for the Evo, 5 Bottle and 8 Bottle machines is 6 weeks. Adding on 30-45 days for shipping and clearing you are looking at around 90 days from order to delivery. However, we will confirm a more accurate delivery date on order placement.
The Evo Lusso, due to its built-in software, requires dedicated electronics that the manufacturer orders only once your order is confirmed. Due to this, the production lead time for the Evo Lusso is 10 weeks. Adding on 30-45 days for shipping and clearing you are looking at around 115 days from order to delivery. However, we will confirm a more accurate delivery date on order placement.
-
Most installations are completed within a day, including setup, calibration, and training.
-
Wineplease machines run on standard electrical supply and have very low power consumption. Specific dimensions vary by model and are detailed on each product page. If you would like to discuss placement in your venue before committing, we are happy to visit and advise.

Every Wineplease machine is handcrafted in Terranuova Bracciolini, Tuscany, by the Cioncolini family, and imported to order. As their representatives, we manage the entire process from start to finish.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT MACHINE
-
That's exactly what the initial conversation is for. Whether you're outfitting a private cellar, a hotel lounge, a restaurant bar, or building a self-pour concept from the ground up, we'll talk through your space, your bottles, and how you want the machine used, and recommend the right fit.
-
Yes. Options include a range of finishes and colours, RGB colour-changing lighting with remote, and custom branding, including laser-cut branding into the machine's metal facade. Let us know what you have in mind and we'll confirm what's possible.
