The Cioncolini Story
A family that never took shortcuts.
In the Valdarno valley of Tuscany, roughly equidistant between Arezzo, Florence, and Siena, the town of Terranuova Bracciolini sits between rolling hills and centuries of craft tradition. It is here, in 1861, that the Cioncolini family began building things.
Not wine dispensers. Not yet. The Cioncolini business started as a precision metalwork operation, and it built its reputation over generations on a principle that has never changed: every component that leaves this workshop must be exactly right. Not approximately right. Not right enough. Exactly right.
That discipline, passed from one generation to the next across more than 160 years of Italian manufacturing, is what eventually produced Wineplease.
When the Cioncolini family turned their attention to wine dispensing in 2010, they brought with them a standard of engineering that the industry had never seen applied to this category before. ISO 9001 certified. CE marked. Every phase of production controlled in-house. No outsourcing of critical components. No compromise on materials.
The machines that result from that process are not products in the conventional sense. They are the output of a family that has never been willing to put its name on something it did not believe in completely.
The problem they refused to ignore.
The Cioncolini family understands wine. Living in the heart of Tuscan wine country, they also understood the quiet problem hospitality lives with: the moment a bottle is opened, the wine starts to fade.
Oxidation, imprecise pouring, bottles opened speculatively and rarely finished. A category that deserved precision was being served with none.
They believed there was a better way and they had the engineering capability to build it. Wineplease was the result. A system that creates a protective atmosphere of food-grade argon or nitrogen inside each bottle the moment it is opened, suspending the wine in the same condition as the moment of uncorking for up to five weeks.
The idea was not new. The execution was.

Every Wineplease machine is built in the Cioncolini workshop in Terranuova Bracciolini.
The refrigeration units are specified and fitted in-house. The stainless steel structures are fabricated in-house. The electronic systems are integrated and tested in-house.
This matters for a simple reason. When a Wineplease machine arrives at your venue, it has been through a production process that holds every component to the standard of a family that has been engineering products for over 160 years.
